What are your opening hours on a bank holiday?
On bank holidays all our stores open from 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Is there car parking facilities available?
There is ample parking available at all our Garden Centres for our customers.
What methods of payment do you accept in your Garden Centres?
All our Garden Centres accept payment by cash, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo and Maestro. We are also delighted to accept National Garden Gift Vouchers in all our Garden Centres.

Unfortunately this website is designed to provide customers of our garden centres with as much information as possible. It does not allow you to order items online but should you need to check available of any items our friendly instore staff will be happy to help you.

We as a group also run a mail order business from our dedicated head office in Old Trafford, Manchester. You can order online from www.jparkers.co.uk although please note that the items on offer and prices may vary.
What are the opening hours of your Coffee Shop/Cafe?
The Meadows Coffee Shop at our Flixton Garden Centre and our Prestbury Garden Centre Cafe are open 9.30 am – 4.30 pm (Monday to Saturday) and 10.30 am to 3.30 pm (Sunday).

I am not sure which products best suits what I am looking for. Is there someone in store who can help me?
Yes of course. We understand that you may need some help and advise in selecting the products that will work best for you. We have experienced and helpful staff available to provide assistance, whether that is with which plant to use, which tool is best suited for the job at hand or which product is best suited for pest control, reducing water usage, etc.
I need to order some large items. Is it possible for them to be delivered?
Yes of course. We will be happy to arrange delivery of certain items. This can be arranged with the individual store and please contact the relevant store to check prices for delivery.
I need to order some heavy items. Is it possible for someone to carry them to my car?
Yes of course. Simply ask one of our staff members instore and they will be happy to arrange for someone to help you. We also provide trolleys at each of our stores which can help if you need them.
