Parker’s Privileges – Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the Parker’s Privileges privacy policy, are applicable across the Parker’s Privileges scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for optional elements of the scheme, examples of which include, but are not limited to, prize draws and competitions. Members participating in the optional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions.
Parker’s Privileges membership is valid indefinitely from sign up and will only be cancelled by J.Parker’s if a member has not used their membership card or a membership offer for 18 months. If you wish to cancel your membership sooner than 18 months since your last purchase, please contact loyalty@parkersgardencentre.com
J. Parker Dutch Bulbs reserve the right to alter or delete any of the Parker’s Privileges benefits at any time without prior notice.
To be a member of Parker’s Privileges, you must be aged 18 or over and be a resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. You must register and activate your Parker’s Privileges card in store.
Only one named member per membership is allowed.
In order to receive emails from J. Parker’s Garden Centres, members must provide us with a valid email address and be opted into receiving email communications from J. Parker’s.
If you supply us with an email address, you are consenting to receiving marketing material from the Parker’s Privileges scheme. J.Parker’s will not pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law and to contracted companies who provide a service to us. Member Offers

Member offers are subject to availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available. Any promotional vouchers or coupons linked to Parker’s Privileges are non-transferable and are valid only for use with the card holder. As such they cannot be sold or transferred for any monetary gain.
Parker’s Privileges exclusive member offers may not always be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions.
A valid membership card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-store to qualify for exclusive, all-member offers.
Member offers that are received in the form of a coupon via email, post or SMS cannot be redeemed without your unique coupon.
Member offers are subject to stock availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available.

Member Events

Members may receive invitations to exclusive member events either via email, post or SMS – provided this has been supplied by a member. Members can update their details at any time by using our in-store app – or by contacting loyalty@parkersgardencentre.com.
Please note, if a member has unsubscribed from Parker’s Privileges emails we may not be able to notify them about events.

Parker's Privileges Terms and Conditions

Membership cards

A Parker’s Privileges membership card can be used in any J.Parker’s Garden Centre or coffee shop, provided that offers are available at the time of purchase.
A valid membership card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-centre to qualify for exclusive member offers and discounts.
The membership card is issued by and remains the property of J.Parker Dutch Bulbs Limited, who reserve the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any membership card that they feel has been subject to abuse or attempted abuse.
Member discounts are applied at the till point in-store when a valid Parker’s Privileges card is scanned – and when there is a valid offer to redeem.

Personalised Offers & Discounts

Personalised offers and discounts are based on your previous purchases and visits from the last 18 months. Based on your purchases, we may send you tailored offers and discounts for specific product categories.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Parker’s Privileges scheme on reasonable notice.

The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Parker’s Privileges card shall be at any time the terms and conditions published on www.parkersgardencentre.com and your use of a Parker’s Privileges card shall constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
