Scan It! – Terms and Conditions

·        These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the general terms and conditions for Parker’s Privileges and our Privacy Notice, are applicable across the Parker’s Privileges scheme and participation is considered as acceptance.

·        After receiving your Parker’s Privileges card, you will be able to scan it with every purchase you make. Any offers or discounts that apply at the time of your purchase will automatically be added to your transaction.

·        Additionally, your transactions will be automatically entered into our monthly prize draw, ‘Scan It!’.

·        1x Parker’s Privileges member will be drawn at random at the end of each month and will win the value of their shopping from said calendar month in the form of a Parker’s gift voucher.

·        The maximum prize for this competition is 1x £800 voucher.

·        There is no cash alternative for this prize.

·        The value of the gift card can be spent in store only – at any of our garden centres, as well as The Meadows Coffee Shop at Flixton Garden Centre and The Greenhouse Coffee Shop at Mottram St. Andrew Garden Centre.

·        Prize vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date they are issued.

·        If any product bought using the prize voucher is returned, a refund will be issued in the form of a Parker’s voucher to the value of the product.

·        The winning customer will be notified via email and will then be emailed their prize voucher.

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Parker’s Privileges scheme and associated prize draws on reasonable notice.

The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Parker’s Privileges card shall be at any time the terms and conditions published on www.parkersgardencentre.com and your use of a Parker’s Privileges card shall constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
